Shipping

We ship across India.
Ready pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days; custom pieces take about three weeks, agreed with you before we begin.
Delivery is ₹99, and free on orders of ₹2,500 or more. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay.
All prices include GST — the price you see is the price you pay.
Every order is prepaid through Razorpay. Nothing is packed until the payment goes through, and an unpaid order releases itself.

Wrong size? Write to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a size exchange where the piece exists in another size.
One-of-one pieces have no second copy by nature — they are exchange-only, against another piece or a custom order of the same value.
Anything that arrives damaged or not as described: tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we’ll make it right — replacement, repair or refund, your choice.
Handwoven cloth carries slight irregularities of weave and dye. They are the mark of the hand that made it, not defects.
